At Hauglid Enterprises, we take pride in creating high-quality custom-printed clothing made just for you. Because each order is custom-printed, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• We allow order cancellations and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin preparing your custom items.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the printing process has started.

• If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.
